What were your 3-5 best-selling products last year? (Bags, shirts, pens, drinkware etc.)
Bags, Water Bottles, Power Banks, and Writing Instruments

What are the fastest-growing market segments in your region? (banks, automotive, Pharma, Food etc...)
Consumer goods, primarily in the beverage industry. Next would be technology companies. It seems every new business this day is service or online-focused, so we're seeing a huge demand for practical technology-related promos like power banks, charging cords, and anything with Bluetooth integration.

Do you visit trade shows? If so, which ones are your favourite and why?
Honestly, no. I've only attended two industry trade shows in my 15 years of operating in this space. The ASI Orlando show in 2004 and then the PPAI Expo this year. Each time I only went for a few hours. They're great shows, but they've honestly run their course in my opinion. I feel REALLY bad for the suppliers who pay to participate. It must cost them a boatload of money and I seriously question the ROI attendance provides.

What are the biggest opportunities you see in your industry?
Consolidation and integration. Quality Logo Products is looking to aggressively expand in the industry, organically and through acquisition. There has never been a need for 30,000 distributors in this space. With the prevalence of the internet, that has increasingly become the case. I wouldn't be surprised if we saw that total be cut in 1/2 in the next 5 years.

Any examples of a good marketing campaign you like? Links or pictures are appreciated.
Not that I can think of off the top of my head. Honestly, after doing this for 15 years, it takes a LOT to surprise or catch my attention. I think most marketers would agree. Sadly the best marketing is often forgotten just as easily as the rest.

One thing I will give props to is NBC for how they cleverly intertwined Sunday Night Football into their hit show "This is Us", including the episode following the Super Bowl that resulted in Jack's death. That was a pretty epic and seamless tie-in. So seamless, I wonder if most people even noticed!
